Jeff Cooper's FOUR RULES of Gun Safety

• Handle EVERY firearm as if it was LOADED! [use the same standard of care with any gun, whether loaded or unloaded].
• Never let the muzzle cover ANYONE or ANYTHING you are NOT prepared to DESTROY.
• Keep your finger OFF THE TRIGGER until your sights are ON THE TARGET.
• ALWAYS BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET and what lies beyond.

Remember, accidental discharges of firearms are usually negligent ones. By habitually observing the four rules above, you can avoid a potentially dangerous incident or a tragedy. Don't forget to store your firearms safely also, especially with children present or in the home.
